Garlic has been used since ancient times to improve immunity, heal wounds, and treat respiratory conditions (such as the common cold or the flu). It started with being used as a strength enhancer to slaves and workers by the ancient Greeks and Romans, then was introduced to China and India to use for therapeutic purposes.
