Quinoa Mealprep Salad
- Grill or bake the chicken. I usually grill my chicken for about 8 mins on each side at 400 degrees. If you cook the chicken in the oven, cook for around 30 mins at 400 degrees.
- While the chicken is cooking, cook the white rice.
- Cut up the bell peppers, and broccoli; shredded carrots can be bought at the store
- Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into smaller pieces
- Mix everything together, add the cashews, and add the Annie Chun's Peanut Sauce
