Quinoa Mealprep Salad
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray an 8×8 pan with coconut oil spray, or grease with coconut oil
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except flaxseed.
- Pour mixture into pain and sprinkle top with flaxseed.
- Bake 20-30 minutes (to test, stick butter knife in middle, if it comes out clean, it is done)
- When serving, top with 100% pure maple syrup
