INGREDIENTS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mash banana in a small bowl and mix with almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract
  3. Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl
  4. Pour wet mixture over the dry mixture and gently stir
  5. Add melted butter to the bowl and continue mixing
  6. Add blueberries to the bowl and continue mixing
  7. Pour the mixture into a muffin tray
  8. Bake for 35 minutes
  9. Drizzle honey on top of muffins
