Tofu Lettuce Cups with Radishes

  1. Separate 5 washed and dried lettuce leaves from the base and set aside
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan on medium high and add the crumbled tofu
  3. Let the tofu brown then remove from the pan
  4. Add mushrooms to the pan and cook them until they begin to crisp
  5. add the soy sauce, ginger, and chili paste and cook until a sauce forms
  6. Return the tofu to the pan and toss to coat
  7. Turn off heat and set aside
  8. Once cool add the tofu and radishes to the lettuce cups
