Turkey Lentil Bolognese

Fresh greens, nutrient- packed legumes, and protein! Try the turkey lentil bolognese over a bed of fresh spinach.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat large saucepan with avocado oil on medium-high heat
  2. Add turkey to the pan and season with spices
  3. Cook until brown and then lower to medium heat
  4. Add tomato paste and mix to coat
  5. Add marinara sauce and steamed lentils, then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Serve over a bed of fresh spinach and rice
