Winter Vegetable Slaw w/ ginger & lime

A salad that is full of flavor and won’t leave you wanting a burger after. No cooking required, easy and quick to make!

  1. Combine vegetables and cilantro into a large bowl
  2. Whisk minced ginger and lime juice together. Pour the lime juice-ginger mixture, olive oil and salt on top of the vegetables and toss to coat. Top with almonds and hemp seeds.
