INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat cooking oil on a pan over medium heat
  2. Saute shallot for 2 minutes
  3. Add zucchini and cook for 3-5 minutes
  4. While cooking, whisk eggs
  5. Add cream, parsley, salt, and pepper to eggs and whisk
  6. Add eggs to zucchini and sprinkle with cheese and cook until almost set
  7. Turn on broiler
  8. Broil for about 5 minutes, until golden brown on top
  9. Cut into slices and add to your Bebox!
